Reduce support dependency by offering self-service access to the right documents, policies, and guides through an AI-powered chatbot.

Make content creation easier by providing smart tools to summarize, rewrite, and translate internal documentation.

Core Challenges

Scattered Communication

Internal users had no single place to view or send updates, policy changes, or reminders. Important messages often got lost across different channels, leading to confusion and delays especially during audits or compliance checks.

No Central View of Conversations

Internal teams at the client’s end — such as compliance officers, lab supervisors, and quality assurance staff — couldn’t track the full history of a conversation thread. There was no way to view when a thread started, who was part of it, what was discussed, or what actions were taken.

Inconsistent Access to Documents

Users often struggled to locate the right documents during key tasks. Whether it was a medical protocol, policy document, or audit checklist — finding reliable content was slow and error-prone.
