To unify analytics, learning, content, and client engagement workflows into a centralized, secure, and extensible digital platform.

FinThrive’s systems for analytics, CRM, learning management, and document handling had grown in silos—each serving its own function but failing to communicate effectively with others. This disjointed ecosystem led to duplicated efforts, poor data continuity, and an inconsistent user experience.

FinThrive’s initial analytics framework was built using Power BI, which performed well for a time but began falling short as the organization scaled. The platform could not accommodate certain advanced needs—such as embedding user-editable forms directly into reports for database updates, offering full white-label customization, or bypassing Microsoft’s license-based restrictions for embedded usage.

The training infrastructure lacked automation and governance. Without proper lifecycle management or version control, learning modules were often outdated, non-compliant, and hard to audit. FinThrive urgently needed to digitize the end-to-end learning process—introducing SCORM compliance, built-in assessment creation, approval workflows, and detailed learning analytics to bring structure and accountability to training.
