Most orders were raised via email or spreadsheets, causing delays in approvals and missed tracking.

API Integrations & Geo Validation

Multiple third-party APIs were integrated to enhance functionality, including Google Maps for location validation, NPI for verified addresses, and shipping providers like FedEx for real-time tracking.
